We are offering you, our valued customer, the chance to skip either your December or January monthly loan payment for a small fee of $30.00. This is not something that you are required to do; it’s just a little Christmas bonus that is available to you if you want to take advantage of it. But remember in doing this you will be extending the maturity date of your loan by one (1) month. By signing below you are agreeing to extend the maturity date by one (1) month. If you are skipping a mortgage payment, you will still be required to make the Escrow portion of the payment.
